2021.10.17 09:14 Joyboy13579 How to stop shooting myself in the foot
Im 23, all my life ive played a lot of sport. Rugby especially at a high level. When i was 18 i managed to drop from 108kg to 89kg and was at what i would call my ideal weight and figure. Throughout uni i floated around 92-98 pretty much depending on whether rugby season was over or not (season end = exams where I struggled). Im now sitting at around 111 and i dont know whether its my genes or build but it just feels like this time round losing the weight is way harder than normal.
Now im living at home and working in a tough job, but i still get a lot of exercise in, almost everyday 45 minutes at lunch and some days will do that and go to the gym in the evening also.
The main problem for sure is diet, essentially a day usually goes like this.
Eat nothing until around 11:45/12, first meal is a well balanced nutritional meal i get from a food prep service, eat again around 6 which will be whatever food my mum has prepared, this can be a real range but usually African foods. Then inevitably ill have some sort of snack around 8 because i feel famished - failing to do the intermittent window of eating I set out to. Factoring in also some weekends I’ll go out and socialise and drink aswell, but i did this way more regularly at uni and lost weight so surely this cant be the limiting factor.
In my head i blame myself but mostly being at home, my mum bless her isnt the best influence and will buy snacks I usually cant resist as im definitely a comfort eater. I know i need to separate food from comfort but its so hard. Should i focus less on the weight and more on appearance? Even at 111 i do have a lot of muscle so maybe its better to focus on shape and muscle rather than only weight?

2021.10.17 09:14 Theloras #ThoughtsAndPrayers for those hard done by Warrior Diamond Flask +healing sets
New Diamond Flask Spell ID
Lastly, Diamond Flask has an entirely new Spell ID and this is likely to address the issue with Warriors stacking +Healing gear. Warriors would put on Healing gear, use Diamond Flask, and then quickly swap all their gear before pulling a boss. The way it worked in original Classic, Diamond Flask would snapshot the bonus healing and apply a powerful healing over time effect. While this can be perceived as a clever use of game mechanics, some Warriors were actually topping healing meters on Loatheb.

2021.10.17 09:14 NotBatman81 Driveway Material Ideas
I recently bought a home in town on a very large and deep lot. I want to add a driveway along one side of the lot all the way to the back (100 yds or so) where I will have a shop. I live in a snowy area and may want to clear it in the winter, not sure yet.
Question: what material would be the least noticable? I have a diesel and will be pulling heavy trailers, GCW 18k to 24k lbs. I'm considering asphalt with a concrete curb but afraid my yard will start to look like a commercial lot.

2021.10.17 09:14 LongjumpingSpeech816 So I was using this library the whole time, then I ran into an error while coding, and my now I can't find the library anymore. Like that namespace %100 exists in my proj, I was using it the whole time. How can it randomly just loose it's ability to be referenced like that? What do I do here?

2021.10.17 09:14 HandleDistinct8449 Watch carefully where you get the information
Do you think it's ok to receive advice from a person who just failed a streak? Even a huge streak?
I want to know your opinion, because I see a lot of guys who relapse over and over again continue to encourage others and give advices despite the fact that they failed themselves.
I know by personal experience that the best way how you can help yourself to feel better, is to help someone else, but...
If you fail by using all your strategies and knowledge, and still continue to advice the same thing to others...
Welll... I don't know how this can work.
This post is probably a drop of water in the ocean, and not gonna make any difference...
But if it's really important for you to quit this addiction, then watch carefully where you get the information.
I'm over 400 days streak right now, so I understand that addictions are mainly triggered not only by bad emotions - when you feel bad you look for something that can make you feel better...
But also - you can be triggered by boredom as well.
My advice - be careful with where you take information from. Track your emotions and get yourself out of boredom as much as possible.
Take care guys!

2021.10.17 09:14 Affectionate_Bit_722 What's an average day in the life of a common civilian like in the Imperium?
I already know they're treated like an expendable resource(sort of like how Amazon treats their workers), but I'd like to know specifics. Like, what's work like? Do they get any free time? Do they even get to choose where they work? Can they get married? Is dating even a thing in the Grim Darkness of the 41st Millennium? How packed are living spaces? And other things like that.

2021.10.17 09:14 No-Artichoke-2602 What growth rate do people use?
Just curious as to the rate that people use for future projections to achieve their LeanFIRE number when invested in world market trackers?
I’ve seen some people using up to 10% and some as low as 4%. Some including or excluding inflation assumptions as well. So far I’ve been using 4.9% above inflation but only base this off an article I read once upon a time on historical performance.
Mindful that markets past performance isn’t a guarantee of future performance, and also that this rate is different to what someone should use as SWR.
